Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Custom items can't be changed once submitted.

What is your return policy?
Return unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to begin.
Can I exchange sizes or styles?
Yes, return shipping is on you, but we cover replacement shipping.
What if my bracelet is damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours. We'll repair or replace it free of charge.
